1. Returns
We accept returns on unused, unwashed, unworn items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- In original condition
- With tags attached
- In original packaging
Final sale and clearance items are not eligible.
2. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
3. Exchanges
Contact us if you need a different size or color.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Email us within 7 days with photos and your order number.
5. Non‑Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned.
